Cable Runway Radius Outside Bend

Cable Runway Radius Outside Bend

Cable Runway Radius Outside Bend - An outside bend helps cable transition from a ladder rack running horizontally to one running vertically without exceeding the minimum bend radius of cable.

All cable has a minimum bend radius which is generally 15 times the diameter of the cable. To help maintain this radius a Cable Runway Radius Outside Bend can be installed when cable needs to make a horizontal to vertical transition. The Radius Outside Bend provides three rungs that carry the cable on the outside of its curve. Cable can be attached to the bend with Velcro and the bend can be attached to a ladder rack with a Butt-Splice Kit.

  • Made of lightweight 1-1/2” x 3/8” (38.1 mm x 9.53 mm) tubular steel
  • Three cross members welded at approximately 33 degree increments
