Ladder Rack L Bracket
L Brackets are used to separate cables on a ladder style cable runway; the L Bracket mounts on the outside of the ladder rack allowing power cords to run along the side of the ladder rack without getting too close to the network cable. If a power cord is in too close of proximity to a network cable it can easily compromise the quality of the information going across the cat5e, cat6, cat6a, or cat7 Ethernet cable; this type of interference is called alien crosstalk or EMI (electromagnetic interference).
