Customer Service Representative (Oceanside)
Compensation: Based on experience

Based in Oceanside, CA, our online store, CableSupply.com offers IT products at wholesale prices. We are in need of a talented Sales/Customer Service representative.
In this role the day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to:
Taking orders over the phone in a busy, high call volume setting
Processing orders through our various CRM systems
Frequently responding to customer inquiries over the phone and through email communication
Managing customer and partner relationships in a patient and friendly manner
Ability to type 50 wpm or more
Experience in e-commerce sites a plus
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience preferred in a Customer Service environment
Computer savvy and comfortable navigating programs such as order processing portals, e-commerce sites, and CRM software a plus
Outstanding oral and written communication skills are absolutely required for this position
Proficiency in Word and Excel
