Punch Down 110 and 66 Blade from Greenlee Part PA4571 (works well with other Punch Down Tools). One end of the blade is a 110 and the other is a 66 blade. Blade is reversible to accommodate most punch down needs.

This reversible punch down blade has 110 cut bit on one side and a 66 cut bit on the other for punching down jacks, blocks, and patch panels. Twist and lock punch down bits, like this one, are universal and fit in most impact punch down tools. Having both a 110 blade and a 66 blade built into one bit can save time when going from a block to a patch panel because you will only have to flip your blade instead of going into your tool bag looking for extra parts.
